  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 80% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100%. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show.
  • Please make the payment for the cancellation fee within 7 days from the reservation date via the link provided in the SMS and email we sent you, or by bank transfer to the account listed below.
    Please note that if payment is not received, we may proceed with legal action, including small claims court procedures.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, even with prior notice, your service may be shortened or changed to accommodate the schedule.
  • If you have any nail or skin conditions, including allergies, we may refuse service to ensure your safety.
  • Please contact us at least one day in advance for any changes or cancellations to your booking.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a restriction on future appointments.
  • If you notice any issues or defects with your nails after the service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a time for you to visit the salon for a free repair (within a limited period).
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
